Please note that Billogram is a platform used by companies to handle their invoicing process, hence we can help you with questions such as how to pay your invoice, setting up autogiro and general inquiries about how Billogram works. All other questions regarding the content of the invoice (for example reminder fees and questions about the invoiced amount) should be directed to your supplier for the best possible service.
