Enduser signs an agreement with Billogram
The Årdal-based company Enduser has entered into a partnership with the invoicing platform Billogram. – A partnership for a better customer experience, says the CEO of the company, which began as an idea at another Årdal business – Årdalsnett.
Both companies are owned by Årdal Energi and see synergies in using the same payment solutions across their telecom services.
Billogram is an invoicing platform that manages the entire payment process, from sending invoices to handling payments. According to Enduser, the choice of Billogram was due to the platform's flexible solution, which easily integrates with Enduser's systems that consolidate various administrative tools for businesses.
– In a time of increasing demands for both customer service and user-friendliness, we believe Billogram will work very well alongside Enduser. We want the best solution for our customers, and ultimately, this became a natural choice for us, says Thomas Moen Klingenberg, CEO of Enduser.
From internal solution to commercial enterprise
Billogram is known for simplifying invoicing, according to Moen Klingenberg, and Enduser views it as an optimal tool for streamlining and digitizing billing.
Enduser was developed in 2017 by Årdalsnett's own system developers. The purpose was to create software that would make the workday easier for employees. When the solution proved to work very well, it was commercialized as an independent company. Årdalsnett and Årdal Energi were Enduser’s first customers.
Now, billing and customer dialogue will be integrated with the digital work tool Enduser.
– With Billogram, we are strengthening our comprehensive digital solution, and I believe no one else in Norway can match the total customer experience we will now be able to offer, says Moen Klingenberg.

Proof of Billogram’s flexibility
Billogram is very pleased with the new partnership.
– Enduser has shown they are forward-thinking and innovative, and by choosing Billogram as a partner, they confirm the digital flexibility we have built into our solution, says Billogram CEO Jonas Suijkerbuijk.
He believes the companies by the Sognefjord are a great match for Billogram.
– We share a common ambition to meet customers' needs through our solutions. We know that customers want to pay their invoices, but they just need the right conditions to make it seamless. This is customer service in practice, and these are ideas we share with Årdalsnett and Enduser. It is truly motivating for us to see how well we fit together, concludes Suijkerbuijk.
Billogram is growing in Norway and has recently entered into agreements with Trollfjord Bredbånd, Sector Alarm, and Redningsselskapet.
About Årdalsnett In the autumn of 2000, the municipality of Årdal recognized the need for a broadband company in the area and invited local businesses and individuals to collaborate. A preliminary project was funded by the municipality through Årdal Utvikling, Årdal Næringssamskipnad, and Årdal Energi, with results presented in February 2001. During the winter of 2001, a targeted share issue was conducted with selected investors, and Årdalsnett AS was formally established on May 21, 2001. Today, Årdalsnett is owned by Årdal Kraftlag AS and Enivest AS.
About Enduser We are a small company with big ambitions from Årdal in Sogn. In 2017, our system developers created software aimed at internet service providers to make employees' workdays easier. With roots in Årdalsnett, a local TV and broadband company, we saw the value of creating a system where all content could be gathered in one place.
Gone are the days of juggling various apps and spreadsheets for project management, invoicing, and network equipment configuration. The system was named INA, and the pilot project received positive feedback from end users. Word about the system spread quickly in the industry, and suddenly, more companies wanted the same "work tool."
About Billogram Billogram was born from the idea of modernizing an outdated invoicing process and replacing traditional PDF and paper invoices with an interactive format. Today, we offer a digital platform for invoicing and payments that streamlines and enhances customer relationships.
