We use necessary cookies and similar technologies in our invoicing service in order for the service to function. Billogram AB is the data Controller for the use of cookies in our platform and for the processing of your personal data which is obtained through cookies.

This cookie policy describes how we use cookies when you, as an invoice recipient, open and/or pay your invoices that you receive via Billogram. In the cookie table, we describe which cookies we place and why. Please note that we only place necessary cookies in our invoicing service.

When we refer to cookies in this policy, similar technologies that retrieve and store information in your browser are also covered. Our cookie policy may change in the future.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are saved in your browser when you enter a website; this applies both when you visit a website from a computer or from similar devices with an internet connection, such as mobile phones and tablets. Some types of cookies are required for websites to function, while other types of cookies are used to retrieve information about what a visitor does on a website. If you wish to read more general information about cookies, you can visit www.pts.se/en.

Why do we use cookies?

In our invoicing service, we only use cookies that are necessary for the service to function as it should. Necessary cookies thus ensure basic functionality in our service.

In our cookie table, which you will find below, we present the necessary cookies that are used in our service and for what purpose. The cookies that are placed are, for example, those that are required for you as the invoice recipient to be able to use our payment function and for you to be kept logged in to ‘my pages’ for a certain period of time. In addition to these cookies, we use similar technologies, which are not cookies by definition. The purpose of using these similar technologies is to be able to ensure that the invoice has been opened by you as the invoice recipient. If the invoice has not been opened within a certain number of days, we will instead use another distribution method.

There are two different types of cookies used in our service:

Temporary cookies

Temporary cookies are temporarily saved in your browser until you close your browser. These cookies are called session cookies.

Persistent cookies

Persistent cookies are saved in your browser until either you change your cookie settings, change the settings in your browser, delete cookies or until the server that placed the cookies deletes them. These cookies are called permanent cookies. In our cookie table below, you can see how long each cookie is saved before it is deleted by the server.

Manage the use of cookies

We do not need to obtain consent for the use of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the service to function. You can choose to delete cookies that have previously been placed on your device by going into your browser's settings.
